Ulrika Jonsson showed off her massive 'feminist' tattoo as she celebrated International Women's Day.
IWD falls on March 8 and the Celebs Go Dating star took to Instagram to share a post to celebrate 'strong women'.
Along with a selection of photos of herself and her daughters, she wrote: "I was born in an egalitarian country and I carry and apply that standard wherever I go.
"Sometimes digging my heels in and showing my obstinance makes others uncomfortable."
The 54-year-old Swedish-born star added: "I will continue to surround myself with strong women; I hope I’m bringing two up and that - most importantly - I leave behind two strong feminist sons.
"If you’re not a feminist, you’re on the wrong side of equality."
One of the many photos included a snap of Ulrika's tattoo - which she has had for a while - on her forearm.
She spelt out the word 'feminist' the way it is pronounced, 'fem-uh-nist'.
Other snaps showed her smiling and relaxing with her daughters Bo, 22, and Martha, 17.

Another added: "Stunning and beautiful both inside and out."

Ulrika has a huge collection of tattoos that fans can get a glimpse of in her bikini photos posted on her page.
She previously opened up about how her first tattoo came to fruition after feeling 'bad and wicked' for cheating on ex-husband John Turnbull in the 90s.
"I felt nothing but guilt and remorse for my actions but as they were self-inflicted I couldn’t find an ounce of self-pity. It seemed like the perfect time to get my first tattoo," she told The Sun.
One tattoo includes the word 'pappa' on her collarbone, which is a tribute to her father Bo who died aged 53.
The star also has three crowns on her leg, which is the Swedish National Emblem and is both a tribute to her father and her heritage.
Ulrika also has her children's initials 'BCM' on her wrist and an 'M' for her youngest child Malcolm.
