Ulhasnagar Police clear RTI activist of firearm allegations, accuse builder of framing him

ULHASNAGAR: The Ulhasnagar police have absolved Moti Duseja, a businessman and RTI activist, from any involvement in a case where a revolver and cartridges were recovered from his plywood shop in 2022.

The police filed a charge sheet in court, stating that Duseja is not implicated in the crime. The charge sheet also alleges that five individuals, including developer Ajit Bhatia, framed the businessman.
