Ulez expansion: Sadiq Khan has power to install CCTV cameras despite council objections

A new twist in the row over the expansion of the ultra-low emission zone across Greater London emerged on Monday.

Transport for London said it had the power to install the majority of the 2,750 CCTV enforcement cameras without needing the approval of borough councils.
