A Ukrainian teenager who fled the war to come to Scotland is still waiting to be handed an emergency payment pledged under the UK Government scheme.
Varvara Shevtsova, 18, said she is still waiting for documents to be processed by the Government to allow her to be guaranteed the right to stay in the UK for three years.
The £200 'welcome payment' promised for each refugee, aimed at plugging a financial gap for as they settle in, has also not materialised.
