A family who fled the horrors of the Ukraine war have been placed in a filthy flat that even had an old nappy left in the bridge, it is claimed.
Valeria Liukovych, 31, brought her child, husband and severely disabled father to be with her mother Tamara.
They arrived on Sunday and were supposed to move into a council flat in Rutherglen, near Glasgow, but it was too filthy.
