Ukraine war: Fresh explosions in Kyiv as Russia targets capital with cruise missiles

Loud explosions were heard in Kyiv early Thursday morning as Russiam air raids targeted Ukraine’s capital for the ninth time this month.

The scale of the latest Russian attack on Kyiv was not immediately clear, and there was no immediate information on casualties.
