New York: Ukraine values India's engagement in efforts to restore freedom of navigation in the Black Sea, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said during his meeting with External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, amid recent reports of attacks on commercial vessels in the region.

The meeting, which took place on the sidelines of the 81st United Nations General Assembly, also highlighted the importance of the waterway for global food security.
