Ukraine has “turned the tide” of the war by inflicting a major operational defeat on Vladimir Putin’s army, military experts said on Monday.
The Institute for the Study of War said a Ukrainian counter-offensive in the north east of the country had “doomed” the initial Russian campaign plan for this phase of the conflict.
