Ukraine Russia war: More than three million people have fled since invasion

More than three million people have fled Ukraine in the past three weeks, according to the International Organisation for Migration.

Since the war began 73,000 children have become refugees on average each day - a figure which underlines the enormous hardship triggered by Vladimir Putin's decision to send his troops into Ukraine.

Over the course of the 20 day Russian invasion, that means 1,460,000 kids have had to flee the country.
