Brits could be set for a sizzling summer as the Met Office predicts "warmer-than-average" summer conditions over the next few months.
It comes after an early April heatwave saw temperatures reach up to 23C in parts of the south east, before most saw a grey and miserable end to the month.
However, according to the Met Office's three-month summer forecast, the chances of "hot weather " are double those of other years.
