Many parts of the UK will enjoy a pleasant end to the weekend before heavy rain is expected to hit for the beginning of next week.
Great Britain continues mourn the loss of Queen Elizabeth II whose coffin will make the six hour journey from Balmoral to Edinburgh on Sunday morning, which is expected to be dry for the cortege on the east coast of Scotland.
The worst of the weather is set to hit Northern Ireland, with cloud and outbreaks of rain set to spread across the west coast of Scotland, Wales and England. The rain is expected to worsen over the course of the afternoon, particularly in Northern Ireland.
Met Office forecaster Greg Dewhurst said : "Any mist and fog patches quickly clearing on Sunday morning, giving plenty of sunshine first thing, however, cloud and outbreaks of rain will spread across Northern Ireland and then into the afternoon across western parts of Scotland, Wales and west country.
"The rain becoming particularly heavy across Northern Ireland here as well."

Only isolated showers are expected in England as most of the country soaks in the sun and dry weather, with temperatures rising to highs of 24C in the south east and the rest hoping to reach the 20s before the rain continues to head eastwards due to low pressure from the Atlantic Ocean.
Dewhurst added: "The outbreaks of rain will continue to push its way eastwards across the north of the UK through Sunday evening, the driest weather holding on across the central parts of England and south east England into the latter part of Sunday."
Looking into Monday, the rain continues its journey eastwards but south east of the country continues to defy usual conditions at this time of year with dry and warm temperatures.
Dewhurst concluded: "This rain will continue to push east and south as we head through to Monday, sunshine and showers following across Northern Ireland and Scotland. The south and south east of the UK still holding on to some warm and sunny weather.
"Fresher for everyone into Tuesday as that rain clears away to the south east. But we will see the return of sunshine, particularly across the north and the west. Temperatures generally in the high teens to low 20s."

Fog and low cloud, mainly across eastern England, clearing, then warm sunny spells for many. Far west cloudier, with patchy rain this morning, ahead of heavier rain pushing northeastwards across Northern Ireland then parts of Scotland and northwest England.
Tonight:
Rain in northern then central areas, quite persistent and perhaps heavy for some, although probably tending to ease later; breezy and very mild. Clearer elsewhere, turning cooler in the northwest.
Monday:
Rain across central areas waxing and waning, but heavy bursts possible. Further south, mostly bright, warm or very warm and humid. Northern areas also brighter but cooler with scattered showers.
Outlook for Tuesday to Thursday:
Many places largely dry with sunny spells but becoming cooler. Chance of heavy rain in the far south Tuesday night, and becoming showery across the north on Thursday.
