The UK's unluckiest dog who has been rejected by owners and rehomed twice has found herself back in a rescue shelter.
Honey the English Bull Terrier is once again looking for a loving home as she enters her twilight years after being through the rescue system twice already.
The team at Rainbow Rehoming dog charity in Belfast are now appealing for anyone who thinks they could offer 10-year-old Honey a happy home and comfy sofa, reports Belfast Live.
In their appeal, they Honey had found coming back to the centre tough, adding: "Now she is back in rescue patiently waiting for the right people who will love her forever. Whatever her past we are so glad that Honey found us because as you can see from her photos, she was not in the best of condition when we got her.
"Since her arrival Honey has got a much needed dental and an operation to remove a non cancerous lump. She has been enjoying her food and exercise and at 10 years old she is in need of a comfy sofa and lots of love.
"She is 10 years old and an absolute sweetheart. She is very easy to love and her polite, friendly nature is adorable. She loves spending time with our dog team and attention makes her very happy.
"She's an attention seeker and loves company but she's also a low maintenance dog who would like a comfy sofa ASAP.
"Honey likes to steal - or collect - dog toys and teddy's however they don't last too long, and she also enjoys playing with her ball and a good old game of fetch.
"In recent time Honey has come very picky with the dogs she spends time with but she adores Bob the Collie here at the Centre.
"Favourite thing is spending time with people. She needs an experienced home where she won't be left home alone a lot.
"We just hope the readers of DogsLive and Belfast Live will see the potential in this wonderful girl and the right family will offer her her final home where she can live out her years in love, peace, comfort and safety knowing she is wanted."
