A "100 per cent plant-based" Christmas menu is now available at the UK's first vegan hotel. Saorsa 1875 in Pitlochry will be serving up the seven-dish menu with "thoughtfully reimagined" festive favourites.
From 12pm to 3pm between Monday to Thursday, and from 12pm to 7pm on Sundays guests can enjoy two courses for £30, or three courses for £35. Additionally, a glass of fizz or a seasonal cocktail can be added for an extra £5.
Among the dishes created by Head Chef Debborah Fleck are "a-not-so-traditional ‘Santa’s Roast’", "‘No Pigs in Blankets’ served with chili miso mustard and cranberry jelly, and a sticky gingerbread pudding with a yuletide eggnog custard.
