Best pubs in the UK announced - see if your your favourite company made the cut

Some of Britain's best boozers have been announced - and many of us will be keen to find out if our local has made it.

We all have that favourite pub to enjoy a relaxing pint and to unwind after work, but is yours up for an award?

The Publican Awards pit the best pub companies in the UK against one another across a number of categories, such as the places which serve the best drinks, offer the greatest meals, and provide the best in-house accommodation.

A top 10 list for 2022 was released featuring the likes of The Nags Head in Haughton, Cheshire and London's Blacklock in Soho.

The British Beer and Pub Association estimated 4,500 pubs in the UK were on the verge of reducing trading hours over winter.

But many are thriving and the best chains serving up drinks and delicious meals across the UK have been shortlisted ahead of the finals.
