UK Royal Mint launches Harry Potter coins on 25 years of the first book

Harry Potter United Kingdom JK Rowling the Royal Mint

It was 25 years ago when JK Rowling's first Harry Potter book, ‘Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone’, was published; and the rest as they say is history. Now, celebrating it, the UK Royal Mint has revealed new Harry Potter collection coins.

To commemorate the book, the official maker of UK coins released the final coin in the Harry Potter series on March 27, 2023. The series was introduced in 2022.
