A woman and her former partner were killed in a powerful explosion after the man allegedly forced his way into her home carrying an explosive device in Bristol, police said, in a case now being treated as homicide.
Officers were called to a domestic incident at a property on Sterncourt Road in Frenchay early Sunday morning. A caller reported that a man known to them had forced entry into the house, and minutes later warned he was believed to be carrying an explosive device; at around 6:32am, a blast ripped through the property, Sky News reported citing police.
