UK faces 'very damaging' Covid wave as expert warns the pandemic is 'not over'

The UK is set to face a "very dangerous wave" of coronavirus infections, a health professor has warned.

It comes as cases of Covid have reached record highs throughout the UK - with 4.9million people currently infected.

Associate professor at the University of Leeds, Dr Stephen Griffin, is using people to be more vigilant when it comes to keeping safe as the virus has certainly not gone away.
