Conor McGregor is set to add to his property portfolio with the purchase of a new pub on Howth's seafront.
The UFC star already owns the Black Forge Inn and the Marble Arch but is set to grow his empire further with the purchase of the Waterside in Howth.
But not everyone is happy with the news, a disgruntled neighbour commented on the news on social media by saying she "did not want him as a neighbour".

The tweet was later deleted after the Notorious spotted it and chimed back: "You have a superyacht in Howth too?"
The Waterside bar in Howth happens to be a stone's throw away from Howth Yacht Club, making it a natural fit since Conor now often spends his days cruising around in his Lamborghini yacht.
And that's not to mention how much it'll suit his dad Tony since he's long been passionate about sailing and constantly shares footage from his latest jaunt aboard his boat 'The 188' (named after Conor's old dole payment).
This will be Conor's third boozer, along with The Black Forge in his native Crumlin and the Marble Arch in Drimnagh.
As well as shelling out around €2m to buy The Black Forge in 2020, he also pumped a further €1m into renovating it.
According to all reports, the result has been pretty impressive as aside from now being a pristine modern bar, it also boasts top-quality food at reasonable prices not often seen in the capital.
