LAS VEGAS – A key women’s bantamweight bout featuring a former champion is official after the headliners made weight Friday.

Ahead of UFC on ESPN 49, which takes place Saturday at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, former women’s 135-pound champ Holly Holm (15-6 MMA, 8-6 UFC) and Mayra Bueno Silva (10-2-1 MMA, 5-2-1 UFC) stepped on the scale at the official weigh-ins.
