Albuquerque's Diego "The Nightmare" Sanchez is back in legal trouble only months after avoiding prison in a felony gun case.

The former UFC fighter was arrested Monday afternoon in Socorro, New Mexico, on suspicion of aggravated driving while intoxicated and an alleged probation violation, according to KOB 4.
