An unforeseen knee injury ended a middleweight bout on the UFC 286 prelims Saturday at The O2 in London.
While in the clinch against promotional debutant Christian Leroy Duncan, Dusko Todorovic planted his right foot down in a way that resulted in a fight-ending injury at 1:52 of Round 1.

Both fighters were visibly disappointed, but shared a moment of respect after the fight’s end.
Todorovic (12-4 MMA, 3-4 UFC) attempted to find consistent results after a TKO win over Jordan Wright in October. He instead falls to 1-2 in his most recent three.
Duncan (8-0 MMA, 1-0 UFC) wins his UFC debut after he signed with the promotion earlier this year. Duncan was the Cage Warriors middleweight champion prior to his debut Saturday.
