DALLAS – The interim flyweight championship fight between Brandon Moreno and Kai Kara-France is official for UFC 277.
Moreno (19-5-2 MMA, 7-2-2 UFC) and Kara-France (24-9 MMA, 7-2 UFC) made weight at Friday’s official weigh-in, setting the stage for their co-main event rematch at American Airlines Center. The main card airs on pay–per-view following prelims on ESPN and ESPN+.
Former champion Moreno was the first fighter on the scale during the weigh-in window, registering at 124.5 pounds. Kai-France came in right behind him and was also 124.5 pounds.

The fight will be a rematch of Moreno’s unanimous decision victory over Kara-France from UFC 245 in December 2019.
