Uber Is Making Macca’s Runs Even Easier With Free Delivery & Free Food For The Next 7 Days

If Christmas movies have taught me anything, it’s that the holiday season is all about coming together. In the spirit of this, fast food giant McDonald’s has paired up with rides-sharing giant Uber to create a sizzling summer dynamic duo. Did someone say Macca’s run?

No doubt you’ve seen how ballistically hot it has been this week, and now fear how you will handle the scorching temperatures of 2025’s upcoming summer of death.

Thank the lord for trusty Australian heat-management techniques like chucking a cheeky Macca’s run for Frozen Cokes and soft serves, or else who knows if we’d ever make it?

And thanks to a brand-new partnership between Uber One and McDonald’s, the two companies are making it even easier to secure some chilly goods this summer with a bunch of cheap deals.

Starting on Wednesday, December 18, Macca’s will begin seven days of Christmas freebies, where Uber One members will not only have a $0 delivery fee on Macca’s orders exceeding $20 but will also score a different free item included in their order.

Here’s the different Macca’s freebies available to Uber One members over the next week (one per customer):

• Wednesday, December 18: Free Big Mac.
• Thursday, December 19: Free Hawaiian McCrispy.
• Friday, December 20: Free Cherry Ripe McFlurry.
• Saturday, December 21: Free Quarter Pounder.
• Sunday, December 22: Free Oreo McFlurry.
• Monday, December 23: Free Hawaiian BBQ Deluxe.
• Tuesday, December 24: Free Big Mac.

Macca’s national operations director Melanie Le Bas said the company was keen to make it “as easy as possible” for Aussies to access their favourite fast food this summer.

“Whether you’re looking to treat your guests to a tropical feast, cool down the troops with our range of delicious desserts, or sweeten the evening with a limited-edition summer sundae, we’ve got you covered,” Le Bas said.

The limited-time deal will apply to all Uber One orders at Macca’s that exceed $20 (not including fees) and will celebrate the first week of partnership between the two companies.

Plus, it ends one day before Christmas, meaning your family dinner on Christmas Eve is all sorted!
