A Nottingham burger takeaway is set to get bigger and better with the opening of a restaurant. Burg Burgers, at Mapperley Top, are launching the second site where diners will be able to eat in at Bramcote Lane in Wollaton.
The grand opening comes on top of the news that Burg is the only Notts business to be shortlisted in the Uber Eats Takeaway of the Year Awards - which comes with a whopping £100,000 cash prize - making it a double celebration. The new restaurant, which opens tomorrow (Thursday, May 12) will have seating for 35 and will also offer takeaway.
The property, previously Homecraft Interiors shop, has been given a complete makeover with Instagrammable decor. The full menu from the takeaway in Woodborough Road, will be served including the signature smash burgers- and more besides. Award-winning milkshakes with Italian soft serve ice cream are also a speciality.
