Indian schools across UAE have announced the beginning dates for the academic year of 2026-2027. While a few of them had already begun remote classes on Monday, the majority of them will be starting the curriculum on April 6, 2026.
Schools have opted for a blended model of synchronous and asynchronous learning, allowing students to balance live sessions with self-paced activities. The schedule remains light with morning assemblies, introduction to new teachers, orientation sessions and student leadership induction ceremonies.
