Their mission? To design and build synths and effects for the world's most discerning musicians, composers and producers.
Perhaps best known for their for Zebra2 and Diva synthesizers, u-he has released several other highly acclaimed products over the years, and regularly contributed freeware plug-ins to popular music technology magazines.

Filterscape 1.5: A trio of plug-ins with morphing EQ
Originally published in 2004, Filterscape was u-he's very first cross-platform, multi-format plugin.
An important milestone for u-he as a brand, it quickly became a staple in the arsenal of many musicians. Now upgraded with modern technology and ready for tomorrow's tasks, u-he is once again showing their commitment to maintaining their product line. Filterscape may have been overlooked in recent years, but that stops right here.
There are three ways to let Filterscape shape your sound:
Filterscape FX gives you a set of powerful four-band EQs and multi-mode filters to shape your sounds in unprecedented ways.
Filterscape Q6 has a slightly reduced feature set but sports six EQ bands and is more focussed on dynamic tasks.
And Filterscape VA is a complete virtual analogue synthesizer with a polyphonic morphing EQ.
At the core of all three plugins is the distinctive EQ, capable of seamlessly transitioning between eight different "snapshots". Each EQ band’s frequency and amplitude can be dynamically modulated, even from different sources for each snapshot!
