Tyson Fury sent Jake Paul a voice note after the YouTube star listed the heavyweight champion as the best boxer in the world.
Paul recently published his pound-for-pound rankings and put Fury at the No.1 spot despite his fierce rivalry with the heavyweight's brother Tommy. The only other heavyweight to feature on the list was unified champion Oleksandr Usyk, as Paul also snubbed undisputed super-middleweight champion Canelo Alvarez on his top-ten list.
'The Gypsy King' initially response to Paul's rankings by reposting the list on Instagram, writing: "Get up there Jake Paul. This man knows his stuff." Paul has now revealed that Fury also sent him a voice note after seeing the list, as he played the clip on his podcast BS w/Jake Paul. "Jakey! Get up there Jake Paul," Fury said, before Paul cut out the rest of the voice note.

Paul said he ranked Fury as the pound-for-pound No.1 in the world because he think he would beat every top heavyweight by knockout, writing : "First and foremost Tyson Fury has been the most dominant heavyweight in the division for so long. He beats every heavyweight by TKO/KO including Usyk.
"There hasn't been a heavyweight in the sport that hasn't fallen off eventually but Tyson Fury is still on top and I expect him to retire on top. However what Usyk has done from cruiserweight to heavyweight has been impressive and his dominance, versatility and boxing ability is second to none."
Paul and Fury have previously traded words on social media, with the YouTube star challenging the unbeaten heavyweight to a $1million bet in which he backed himself to beat his brother Tommy. Fury initially praised Paul and his brother Logan for transitioning from internet fame to boxing, but 'The Gypsy King' later changed his stance by labelling the 25-year-old a "p****".
Fury recently announced his plans to end retirement and face his longtime domestic rival Anthony Joshua, but talks of the grudge match have since broken down and Fury has offered fight contracts to Derek Chisora and Manuel Charr. Fury last fought when he defended his WBC title with a brutal knockout win against Dillian Whyte in April.
Paul looks to win his sixth professional fight later this month as he faces 48-year-old UFC legend Anderson Silva in what is undoubtedly his toughest challenge yet. 'The Problem Child' revealed he is already in talks to fight Fury's brother Tommy in February after the Brit pulled out of their two previous meetings.
