Tyson Fury hits out at critics of brother Tommy as boxer buys "dream car"

Tyson Fury has slammed critics who called his brother Tommy a " Love Island idiot" after the 23-year-old bought his "dream car" this morning.

The world heavyweight champion took to Instagram to share a video in his brother's new car, with the pair in a celebratory mood as they dismissed negative commenters. The Fury brothers are both due back in the ring soon, with Tommy set to fight on the November 13 Floyd Mayweather vs Deji card while Tyson will defend his title against Derek Chisora on December 3.

It's been a fantastic few weeks for the younger Fury, who has announced his next fight as well as his girlfriend Molly Mae's pregnancy with a little girl. And he has topped it off by buying a Mercedez-Benz jeep, which he shared photos of on social media as well as his brother's message.

"It's a big shoutout to Tommy who got his dream car today," Tyson said in a video shared to his fans, before Tommy added: "We're in the jeep! Dream car, it's good, we've got it - accomplished." His brother then continued the video by saying "well done Tommy we're all very proud of you."

"Anyone who said that Tommy was just a Love Island idiot who could never have anything or be anybody, he started from the bottom now he's here," Tyson added. "He's all the way up at the top. Always believe in your dreams - he made this happen with his mind, he saw it in his mind first and then accomplished it. Get up!"

At different points in the video, Tommy can be seen adding to his brother's words with little quips such as "now we're here baby, never give up, always believe," and "dream it, believe it and then achieve it". He then shared some video of his own showing the exterior and interior of his new car.

The pair have been in camp in Morecambe for the past few weeks as they gear up for their next bouts. Tommy is up first at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai against little-known American opponent Paul Bamba, with Tyson out three weeks later at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
