Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua will finally face off in the ring after agreeing to December 3 fight

Fight fans, mark your calendars for December 3rd.

Right smack in the thick of the holiday season, the sport of boxing is gifting us with a match we should have gotten a long time ago.

But better late than never, right? I’m taking that approach as we gear up for a big heavyweight fight between Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua.

The 32-year-old Joshua and 34-year-old Fury are two of the United Kingdom’s greatest boxers ever. They shared more than a few verbal jabs at one another throughout the years, and while they may or may not be in their prime at this point, the bout will undoubtedly get all fight fans into seats.

The fight surely comes at an odd time. Fury, while still the WBC heavyweight champion, has bounced in and out of retirement over the past months, and Joshua is coming off of his second-straight loss (both to Oleksandr Usyk).

Nevertheless, the two heavy hitters will meet at Principality Stadium in Cardiff.

Both the build-up and the actual fight should be well worth the wait.
