Ulster rivals Tyrone and Armagh go head-to-head in the latest round of the All-Ireland series this weekend.
The Red Hands began their Group Two campaign with a three-point defeat to Galway in Pearse Stadium. Frank Burns picked up a red card in the early stages of that loss to the Tribesmen and is set to miss Saturday’s round two game as a result.
Armagh made a winning start to their round-robin campaign, but they needed a late goal from substitute Conor Turbitt to see them over the line against a gallant Westmeath outfit at the Box-It Athletic Grounds last Saturday night.
The Orchard Men lost out to Tyrone on their last visit to Omagh when a narrow two-point defeat spelled relegation for Kieran McGeeney’s side on the final day of the League campaign.
