Two-year-old girl taken to hospital after 'dog attack' in east London

A two-year-old girl was taken to hospital after she was allegedly attacked by two dogs in a park in east London.

Officers were called to Raphael Park in Romford at around 12.30pm on Monday following reports that a child had been injured.

The girl was taken to hospital where here injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

Two "rottweiler-type dogs" were seized from an address in Romford on Thursday as part of the investigation, Met Police said.

No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing.
