A two-year-old boy has died following a horror plunge from the 20th floor of an apartment window in New Jersey, police say.
Officers received reports of an injured toddler at around 7am on Saturday, prompting emergency crews to rush to the building. The boy was tragically pronounced dead at the scene after authorities arrived at Elizabeth Tower in Newark.
