Two men believed to be part of an organised crime gang supplying Class A drugs in south Wales have ranked in Crimestoppers' top five most wanted fugitives in the UK. Caine Morse and Zulfkar "Ziddy" Sheblan, both from south Wales, are wanted in connection with the gang, and a reward of £1,000 is available to anyone who gives information leading to the arrest of either of them.
Caine Morse, aged between 20 and 25, has links with Cardiff and Dubai. Crimestoppers says he was "part of an organised crime group in south Wales, conspiring with others within the UK and abroad to source and supply large quantities of Class A controlled drugs including heroin and cocaine into and around the Cardiff and Newport areas".
Zulfkar Sheblan, aged between 30 and 35, is approximately 5'10" tall and has links to Cardiff, London and Dubai. Crimestoppers says he was part of the same organised crime group.
