Two-week Nottinghamshire weather forecast ahead of Queen's Jubilee

In classic British fashion, the weather has been a bit up-and-down recently. We've had days of immense sunshine and, more recently, rather cloudy and gloomy ones.

Now, as we take a look at the weather forecast for the next two weeks in Nottinghamshire, should we be preparing for t-shirt of jacket weather? Well, true to form, probably a bit of both.

In the short-term things look to be mainly overcast, with clouds the dominant fixture in the sky and heavy rain looking like a possibility. As we head towards the weekend, however, Nottinghamshire will be seeing temperature rising slightly to maximum temperature of around 19 degrees, with lighter gusts of wind and a few more rays of sun.
