Two ways Graham Potter's Chelsea can line up vs Dinamo Zagreb amid Denis Zakaria decision

Chelsea will be looking to return to winning ways with victory over Dinamo Zagreb in the Champions League on Wednesday night.

The Blues have already secured top spot in Group E, but after a heavy 4-1 defeat to Graham Potter's former side Brighton at the weekend, they'll want to put things right for the home fans.

The loss to the Seagulls followed two very disappointing Premier League results which saw Chelsea draw to both Brentford and Manchester United at home. As a result, they now sit sixth in the English top flight, three points behind fourth placed Newcastle United side and 10 points adrift of league leaders, Arsenal.

As the Blues have qualified, Graham Potter can afford to hand youngsters minutes. However, the Englishman has insisted that he wants to respect the opposition. Speaking in his pre-match press conference, the Englishman told football.london: "I don't think it is time to use young players for the sake of it. We have to be competitive and respect the opponent."

Meanwhile, Potter is without several first-team regulars. Reece James, Wesley Fofana and N'Golo Kante all remain injured, whilst Kepa Arrizabalaga picked up a knock at the weekend. Kalidou Koulibaly is available to return, though, whilst Mateo Kovacic is facing a late fitness test. And there could be a debut for Denis Zakaria.

With that all in mind, let's take a look at a couple of ways Chelsea could lineup with a slightly rotated side tomorrow.

3-4-2-1: Mendy; Azpilicueta, Koulibaly, Chalobah; Pulisic, Loftus-Cheek, Zakaria, Cucurella; Sterling, Hutchinson; Aubameyang.

3-5-2: Mendy; Azpilicueta, Silva, Koulibaly; Sterling, Kovacic, Zakaria, Jorginho, Chilwell; Aubameyang, Broja.

Whilst three points isn't absolutely essential, victory will help Chelsea's confidence ahead of what is going to be an extremely difficult test against Mikel Arteta's Arsenal on Sunday.
