Two people have been rushed to hospital following a two-car smash in Ayrshire.
The pair were involved in the crash on Barony Road in Auchinleck just after 3pm yesterday.
Police have confirmed today that two people were taken to hospital by the Scottish Ambulance Service.
The extent of the injuries sustained by those involved has not been disclosed.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were called around 3.05pm on Sunday, September 18, to a report of a crash involving two cars on Barony Road, Auchinleck.
“Emergency services attended and two people were taken to hospital by the Scottish Ambulance Service.”
