Two police officers are being investigated for gross misconduct after the death of a man in custody.

The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) launched an investigation into the death of Ellis Rocks, 26, who was found unresponsive in custody earlier this month after he was arrested in a hotel in Wigan.
