Location of two new London towns with up to 36,000 homes revealed as part of government building blitz

London Enfield Greenwich Thamesmead

London is set for a housebuilding boom with two “new towns” delivering 36,000 homes revealed for the capital.

Up to 21,000 flats and houses are lined up for Crews Hill in Enfield, while a riverside site in Thamesmead, Greenwich will see up to 15,000 alongside the Docklands Light Railway extension, it was announced today.
