Sunderland's Championship games at Middlesbrough and Reading in September have been moved for live TV coverage. The Black Cats were due to visit the Riverside on Satuday, September 3, but the match has now been switched to Monday, September 5, with kick-off at 8pm.
And Alex Neil's side is due to face Reading at the Madejski Stadium on Wednesday, September 14, with kick-off for that game moved from 7.45pm to 8pm to accommodate the Sky Sports coverage. The latest selections mean that five of Sunderland's first 11 games in all competitions will be played in front of the the Sky Sports cameras.
The Black Cats' Championship opener against Coventry City at the Stadium of Light on Sunday (12pm) will be screened live, as will their Carabao Cup first round tie against League One Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough on Wednesday, August 10 (7.45pm). Sunderland's Championship game against Sheffield United at Bramall Lane on Wednesday, August 17, (kick-off 8pm) as has the home game against Norwich City which will take place on Saturday, August 27, with kick-off at 12.30pm.
