Two men were rushed to hospital after a large scale disturbance at a riverside retail park in Glasgow.
Police were alerted to the rammy, involving a group of men, in the area of Springfield Quay south of the Clyde at around 12:50am on Monday.
Glasgow Live reports that the emergency services attended and two men, aged 35 and 22, were taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment.
Police say both victims were "seriously assaulted", but have not disclosed further details of their condition.
Detectives have begun to make enquiries into the disturbance.
In the meantime, Police Scotland has asked anyone who may have any information to get in touch.
A spokesperson for the force said: "At around 12.50am on Monday, 2 May, police were made aware of a disturbance involving a group of men in the Springfield Quay area of Glasgow.
"Two men, aged 35 and 22, were seriously assaulted and taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment.
"Enquiries are ongoing and anyone with any information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 and quote incident number 0157 of 2 May."
