Two men are due to appear in court after cops recovered over £40,000 worth of drugs from a property in Kilsyth.
Officers swooped on the property around 9.20am on Thursday (August 18), where a quantity of cannabis and cocaine was seized.
It is estimated the drugs have a street value of around £41,000.
A 49-year-old man and 25-year-old were arrested and charged with drugs offences - they will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal.
A cannabis cultivation was also discovered within the property and enquiries are ongoing into this
DI Alan Ferguson told Lanarkshire Live: “We have arrested two men and our enquiries into the cultivation are ongoing.
“I would urge anyone with any information that could assist to contact us as soon as possible.
“We are committed to disrupting the illicit supply of drugs in our communities and we will use every tool and tactic at our disposal to remove these illegal substances from our streets.”
The men are expected to appear at court at a later date.
