A 20 and 34-year-old man were assaulted and robbed in what police say was a "shockingly unprovoked" attack, on Saturday, June 17.
The pair were walking along Maryhill Road, between the junctions with Northpark Street and Garscube Road, when they were approached by two men at around 5.10pm.
The thugs made off on foot on Northpark Street after carrying out the alleged assault and robbery. The 34-year-old victim was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment and later discharged while the 20-year-old was unhurt.
Police have launched an investigation into the alleged incident and have shared an appeal, hoping to trace the suspects.
