Manchester City will have two representatives at the under-20 World Cup this summer, with loanees Callum Doyle and Liam Delap selected to represent their country in Argentina.
Having helped England's under-19s win the Euro u19 Championship last summer, City duo Doyle and Delap have both been rewarded for their form on loan in the Championship this season with call-ups for the World Cup, which begins later this month. However, defender Luke Mbete, who finished the campaign on loan at Bolton and had been in the most recent under-20 squad, is not included.
Defender Doyle will join the squad after the Championship play-offs have concluded, as he is a key member of the Coventry side who finished fifth and face Middlesbrough in an eagerly-anticipated semi-final over the next week.

Delap struggled on loan at Stoke at the start of the season, but fared slightly better at Preston as their faint play-off hopes were dashed on the final day of the season.
England face Uruguay, Iraq and Tunisia in Group E at the World Cup, but could be in line for a tough last-16 clash. If they win the group, they could face Italy or Brazil in the next round, while finishing second could set up a knockout clash with France or South Korea. There is also a lifeline for the top fourth-ranked countries who finish third in their groups.
As well as Doyle and Delap, former City players Darko Gyabi and Sam Edozie are in the 21-man squad after leaving the club last summer. Gyabi joined Leeds and has made his senior debut, while Edozie went to Southampton and has played 23 times for the Premier League strugglers.
