Two more shops in Leeds city centre have closed their doors.
We all know times are hard and our cash is being stretched more and more. Undoubtedly, this is having a huge impact on our high streets.
In recent weeks, we’ve spotted two more Leeds city centre shops shut down. Firstly, in Briggate, AMC Furniture Outlet has exited their base in the former House of Fraser building.

Before its closure, the shop was advertising discounts of up to 80 per cent off their goods. While over at the Merrion Centre we’ve seen another popular shop shut.
At the end of 2022, we reported a Card Factory store was soon to close. This has now happened with the company’s branding being removed from the unit.
