A US city named Kyle is hoping to break a record for the largest gathering of Kyles, noted Sky News. The city, in Texas, intends to bring together thousands of people with the first name Kyle in order to clinch the Guinness World Record for the largest gathering of people with the same name. The current record is held by the Bosnian town of Kupreski Kosci. In 2017, a total of 2,325 Ivans gathered there to claim the honorific honour.
Big birthday bash for world’s oldest dog
The world’s oldest dog has celebrated another walkies around the sun, reported CNN. Bobi, a Portuguese pooch who was declared the world’s oldest dog by Guinness World Records in February, celebrated his 31st birthday, with a party at his home in Conqueiros, a rural village in southern Portugal. Over 100 people were expected to attend the bash, with a dance troupe booked to perform.
