Two people have been hospitalised following a three-car crash in Cork this afternoon.
Gardai rushed to the scene of the collision on the N28, Carrigaline Road shortly after 4:00 pm today, June 18.
It is understood that the driver and passenger of one car were taken to hospital for treatment, but there have been no serious injuries reported at this point.

The scene has since been cleared and traffic is free to use the road this evening.
A garda spokesperson told the Irish Mirror: “Gardaí from Douglas attended at the scene of a three-car collision on the N28, Carrigaline Road shortly after 4 pm on Saturday 18th June 2022.
“The driver and passenger in one of the cars were taken to hospital for assessment.
“There was no reports of serious injuries. The scene has since been cleared.”
