Two Doors Down viewers call latest episode 'brilliant' as it leaves viewers 'creasing'

Last night fans of the popular comedy sitcom Two Doors Down sat down to watch another episode of the BBC Two show - and it seems people couldn't get enough.

This week was Christine's 69th birthday and because of the big event, Beth and Eric decide to throw a party to remember in the latest episode - and safe to say it was one to remember indeed.

During Wednesday's programme on November 30, people took to Twitter to give their views on episode four of the sixth series titled 'Christine 69'.

During the party however, the once happy chat soon turns into a rather morbid and depressing conversation about a funeral which then leads Christine to start thinking about her own.

Taking to social media one said: "Absolutely creasing myself laughing at two doors down on @BBCTwo this evening."

Another tweeted: "Another great episode at the family Baird all standing in their funeral gear. Brilliant and Anne Marie is fitting right in" followed by a laughing emoji.

"You look miserable I would hope so, I’m f****** dead" wrote a third as they quoted a line many are calling "brilliant".

However some were not as keen as the rest with one adding: "#TwoDoorsDown not quite a strong a punchline as last week."

Another simply tweeted: "Awful."

The hit show returned to TV screens two weeks ago with episodes now airing every Wednesday on BBC2 at 10pm, with the cast also including Alex Norton as Eric, Elaine C Smith as Christine, Jamie Quinn as Ian, Kieran Hodgson as Gordon, Graeme ‘Grado’ Stevely as Alan and Joy McAvoy as Michelle.
