Two debut authors win Women’s Prize 2026 for fiction and non-fiction

Two debut authors have won the 2026 Women’s Prize for fiction and non-fiction.

The awards, which were presented at a ceremony held in central London on Thursday, saw American writer Virginia Evans pick up the fiction prize for her epistolatory novel The Correspondent.
