Two people have been charged with attempted murder following a stabbing in Hackney.
Officers found a 23-year-old man with a knife wound on Pownall Road following reports of an attack shortly before 1.55pm on Wednesday, March 9.
He was rushed to an east London hospital but his injuries were not judged to be life-threatening.
A 17-year-old male was arrested on Thursday on suspicion of attempted murder and possession of an offensive weapon.
Elijah Seriki, 18, from Hackney, was also arrested on Thursday on suspicion of committing the same offences.
Both were charged and remanded to appear in custody at Thames Magistrates Court on Friday, March 11.
