- Jamie Fountain, 24, has been charged with causing death by careless driving, including while over the legal limit for alcohol and drugs, and two counts of causing serious injury by careless driving.
- Fountain also faces charges for failing to stop, failing to report an accident, and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, while Ellie Ireland, 23, is charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.
